Compliance Assurance Coordinator - ADM106
Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for “getting things right”? How about an exciting role working in support of our Army customers? You’ll get to support key projects that matter. Join a great team at Aspire Defence Services…
As a Compliance Assurance Coordinator, your main responsibility is to provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support to the business’s compliance assurance activities, its monitoring and reporting.
Assisting and reporting to the Compliance Assurance Manager and supporting the wider team, you’ll focus on the efficient delivery of the Project Silk programmes of remediation works and the Fire Door inspection, repair, and replacement programme of works.
This means you should be a proactive team player, able to work efficiently and effectively with others and maintain constructive relationships within the team, across the business and externally.
You must have proven experience of office administration work, preferably in a technical environment. And proven organisation and communication skills, both written and spoken. You must also have comprehensive working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Excel.
In addition to all these, experience using Qlikview and Device Magic and working within a Property Management/Estates Management Technical Department or on a large scale PFI or Facilities Management contract would be desirable.
Ultimately, you should have a high degree of personal initiative and be able to prioritise tasks and remain flexible within a rapidly changing environment.
But first, meet the team…
With a 35-year contract, making soldiers’ lives better is at the heart of everything we do at Aspire Defence Services.
Seriously, picture a heart (the real one) and imagine how hard it works to keep the body running, making sure every part gets exactly what it needs to thrive. That’s our mission; to deliver a modern, fully serviced, flexible working environment for soldiers.
And just as the heart needs certain parts to keep the body alive, we need the dedication and commitment of our people to support our customers. We deliver a broad range of services for one-third of the British Army living and working on our patch, and we're proud of the work we do.
We’re all about nurturing great teams, and our award-winning safety and wellbeing initiatives are built on keeping an eye out for one another and having a good work-life balance.
In addition to being part of our team, you’ll also get…
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, as well as the option to buy and sell holiday
Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6%, plus individual life assurance
A shopping discounts scheme
Opportunity to earn overtime
Birthday Day Off Scheme
Cycle to Work and Tech Scheme
Discounted gym membership at Aldershot and Tidworth Leisure Centre
Employee assistance and health and wellbeing check-ins
Reward and recognition to celebrate outstanding achievements
Free on-site parking
