The Garrison Stores Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of staff and the delivery of fully compliant Authority and ADSL owned Stores. Key responsibilities for this role include;
- Ensuring compliance with ADSL’s HS&E policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that all material held on the Authority’s accounting system [currently Management of the Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI)] and all ADSL owned material held within the Estates Stores are being correctly managed.
- Overseeing management reporting and compliance with all external and internal audits
- Contribute to and carry out Authority and ADSL audit/inspections.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in managing teams and logistical operations, with good influencing skills. In addition, you should have extensive knowledge and understanding of relevant MoD regulations, which means experience of working in an MoD and/or military environment is a must.

MJDI – Material Accountant/Unit Application Administrator
Joint Asset Management and Engineering Solutions (JAMES) Trained
IOSH Managing Safely · Full UK driving licence
